If a listing contains a material error (pricing or product detail), we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or modify the order when permitted by law.

6. Payment Terms (BTCPay / Non-Custodial Payment Processing)

Payments are processed using secure, non-custodial payment infrastructure, including BTCPay Server.

By purchasing from GSR, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not store or have access to your private keys, wallet credentials, or full payment details

• Transactions must be fully completed before an order ships

• Crypto payments may be subject to network confirmations, delays, or fees outside our control

• Underpaid invoices may result in delayed processing or cancellation

All payments are final once confirmed.

7. Shipping & Delivery Policy

​

We aim to ship orders the same day or next business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays, depending on order volume, verification needs, and carrier availability.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Estimates

​

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. GSR is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier disruptions

• Weather or natural disasters

• Customs inspections or holds

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

• Force majeure events outside our control

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the carrier.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Replacement Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, General Select Research maintains a strict no return / no refund policy.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including:

• Ordering mistakes

• Change of mind

• Incorrect research use

• Improper handling or storage after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Your message must include:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

If approved, we may issue a replacement at our discretion. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Refunds Considered Only in Rare Cases
